Dean looks at his competitors, the only one that would have given him pause was the shadow-mage, who'd just pulled off a pathetic assassination attempt.
He wasn't even a Supreme Magi.
Shifting into dragon form he flexes his wings, bursting out of the Taverns roof and roars.
How's this little humans? he sends telepathically.
Shifting back into human form he looks as the damage he's caused and the patrons on the ground clutching their heads.
'I reckon that was interesting enough' he smirks to himself

Pft! Dragons and magic users! What a bunch of *#&%!!!!! Those magic user's would never be able to survive w/out there precious magic and those dragons are nothing more than flying lizards with an infatuation with gold and jewels of value! Bah! Bartender! More cheese!

Looks over and scoffs at the summoner.
"Bad guys are more interesting anyday. For example, you'd never do anything like this."
The room grows dark for a few minutes, and as the light returns, the shadow mage is standing right where he used to be...with everyone's valuables in hand.
"You will all get your things back, but those of you who vote for me will get a little something extra back."
Edwin spoke up from across the room.
"That's not fair. He's bribing the audience."
"It's okay," the host chimed in, "he's also up for 'Best Villain'."

Grasping his staff, the shadow mage struggles to free one hand, then presses the tip of his weapon against the angel's temple. The orb on the end begins to glow, and the angel's grip eventually slips. Shadowcaster wriggles free.
"It's not your time, get off my stage," the arrogant shadow mage retorts, "unless you would like to be drained some more."
He smirks.

The blades of two katanas suddenly appear under the chins of the Angel and the shadow mage. The rogue who always bears a playful grin instead bore a stern cold piercing scowl.
Edwin: "I would advise you to both stop with your little war and continue with the show."

"Just because he's related to Mr. Host himself...I'll show him," the shadow mage mumbled.
"Care to repeat that?" said Edwin, who had more advanced hearing than the shadow mage had wagered.
"Forget this, I've played my part," Shadowcaster returned. "I'm outta here, let me know when you need me again."
He sauntered over to his plunder and bent over it, choosing which he wished to take with him off the stage. Both Edwin and the angel shot him a derisive glance.
"Okay, okay. I'll go. Sheesh, I don't even get this much crap from that boneheaded time mage," he trailed off as he left the room.
