Suggestions for new creatures!

There are many creatures that the heroes of might and magic series lack. here are some suggestions for new creatures! (some of these creatures are inspired from dungeons and dragons)

Catoblepas
Catoblepas are big nasty creatures who live in their own filth. They are easily recogniseable by their single big eye, who is able to petrify those it look upon. Catoblepas live in swamps, and wet areas. They are very slow monsters.

Upgrades: Greater Catoblepas, Ancient Catoblepas.

Black Elves
Black elves are evil cousins to the surface dwelling elves. They usually use crossbows instead of bows, and their skin color range from dark blue to black. Black elves are more powerful than surface elves.

Upgrades: Dark Elf, Night Elf.

Banshee
Banshees are undead beings, who appears as female ghosts, with long wild hair. Banshees are known for their screams, which they use for attacking enemies. A scream from a banshee can penetrate any defence, and hit more than one enemy (much like dragon breath).

Upgrades: Elder Banshee, Ancient Banshee.

Archon
Archons are divine beings, aligned with good. They are powerful creatures, often summoned by conjurers or clerics of great power.

Upgrades: Greater Archon, Celestial (?)

(Celestial)
Celestial appears as mixtures between humans and animals (much like egyptian deities). They are very powerful, and will only fight for good courses.

Fire Worm
Fire worms appears as huge red worms, spitting fire from their mouth. They are weak on defence, but has a fire breath attack that makes up for it.

Upgrades: Blaze Dragon, Hellfire Wyrm

(Blaze Dragon)
Blaze dragons are almost identical to red dragons, though they appear to be shrouded in constant dancing flames.

(Hellfire Wyrm)
Hellfire wyrms are the kings of all dragons. These evil dark dragons can outmatch even the most powerful archmage, and can turn capitols into ashes with but a few fire breaths.

Juggernaut
Juggernaut are like gargoyles, constructs. They are more advanced than gargoyles, and much more hardy. Juggernauts have the ability to attack castle walls. They are very slow, but have little need for speed. Upgraded juggernauts have spikes and appears like a mixture between rams and hedgehogs.

Upgrades: Spiked Juggernaut, War Juggernaut

Dryad
Dryads are tree spirits. Every tree in the ancient woods has a soul, and the dryad is that soul. Although dryads do not posses much of a threat, they can fight for themselves and aid the elves without hestitation. Dryads appears as beautiful naked females.

Upgrades: Sirine, Nymph.

Spirit
According to some religions, everything has a spirit. Each stone, tree and creature has a spirit. Some spirits are more powerful than others.

Upgrades: Old Spirit, Ancient Spirit.

Allip
Allips are weak ghosts. They hate the living and will do anything to harm them. The presence of allips is not always visible to living creatures, though cold winds, noise and unpleasant feelings are always nearby when allips is around.

Upgrades: Ghost, Spectre

(Ghost)
Ghosts are more powerful than allips.

(Spectre)
Spectres are powerful ghosts, able to summon strong feelings in the living. They often scare, or even kill living creatures, which they hate so much that it turns them insane. Spectres appears as very pale, transparent males.

Cockatrice
Cockatrices are mixtures between birds, reptiles and bats. They have yellow eyes and are able to petrify those looking into them. Cockatrices are quite weak and easily killed, but their petrifying makes them dangerous foes nonetheless.

Upgrades: Intimidating Cockatrice, Infernal Cockatrice.

Gnome
Gnomes are little humanoids, often not more than one quarter the height of normal humans. They are kind and friendly, though their pranking is sometimes unbearable.

Upgrades: Elder Gnome, Illusionist(?).

(Illusionist)
These illusionists would appear as gnomes, wearing mage robes. Illusionists are not nearly as powerful as mages.

Hag

Mind Flayer
Mind Flayers feed on brains. They live deep underground in advanced societies, build upon the work of their slaves from the surface. Mind flayers are purely evil, and show no respect for life. Will o wisp
Will o wisps summon powerful feelings of fear into the hearts of their enemies. They often appear as nothing more but a lightball, sometimes a hand holding a lantern. They are rumoured to lure travellers into their deaths by drowning them in the swamps.
