You mean hold your tears laughing?
Now you all see where playing homm leads! It leads to personal tragedy and hell. Or, it leads you to the embracing arms of God, your choice. In particular, it lead Acu into Kitten.
Also where do you think Stir Siven writes his sarcastic small remarks from?
Btw did toh have a game which was preset to be only one fight? It would be cool cause it would be fast.
With minor respect,

Dear Sir,
I am not worth to waste your stivens on me. Save your energy to the big guys in white who come every day with the needle.. but dont kick them, thats bad, bad.
Back to the topic, I know of a man who suffocated while eating a donut. Compared, homm seems mild.

hehe,
I forgot to mention names in my post last time. People to thank over these 3+ years (time flies)...
Balcough for finding an excuse for losing to me on Iron Man " it was because of mire "
Arangar for showing me that 3, or i think even 4 beastmasters can easily defeat 2 bad arses firegaurds with GM sorcery and Disintegrate, and for showing me that splitting troops in middle area isnt good
Teacher for teaching me the art of deception " i am so weak Karim26, I think you will take a bite out of me", then Teacher shows up with 3 times my army
Valkyrica for making me a legionnaire on Dog Days
Gagatek and Ghasteater for teaching me the art of patience
Kolia for the French Feels kind of nice to speak your native tongue once in a while.
Insatiable for creating one of my all-time favorite maps: PS
and of course, Zud, for that 17 hour-straight game on IP, from dusk till dawn.
ANd I am sure that I am missing other people that I played.....ill prolly get a flashback sometime soon.
btw, Valky, it isnt the little girl talk that made me write what I did in the initial post. Some people get easily addicted to things, and that's me. Addiction of anything is not good at all, even the good things in life like working out, eating well, love......when one becomes addicted to something, it starts controlling your life, i.e., "daym it, i skipped days off the gym"....big DEAL...you'll go next time to gym.....OR, "darn, I ate pizza which i shouldn't have, that'll put on extra pounds"..BIG DEAL...it is alright to enjoy foods and stop worrying about the fitness addiction.
In my case, I had a decision to make because the game was controlling my life.
I may be back some day, but not anytime soon. Im at a point in my life where i have other priorities, like building a family, and that will require time off the computer. LIke finding a job, a job that I like, in my field.
Heroes IV is a daym great game, but unfortunately, i suffer from addictive behaviour. I wish I could play now and then, but I cant. SO it's best to stay away from a game.

71 Wins 154 Losses = 225*10 hours = 2250 hours
A year have 8760 hours. 2250/8760 = 25,6% that means that Karim have spent 25 percent of last year online playing heroes4
Gl in your life man it's interesting and you will enjoy it much I ensure you

Vesuvius Right.....hard to leave community
if you are a smoker, have you ever tried quitting cold turkey
quote:
71 Wins 154 Losses = 225*10 hours = 2250 hours
That is embarassing....hehe. lose 2, win 1, but keep in mind that of those 154 losses, i think 50 of those were to Zud
quote:
A year have 8760 hours. 2250/8760 = 25,6% that means that Karim have spent 25 percent of last year online playing heroes4
Targan is right, this is over 2 seasons. However, there are also the sleep hours.
Last Season stats: 46W 107L Total= 153 games
This Season stats: 71W 154L Total= 225 games
Last season games = 153 games
THis season games = 72 games
I would say that average game length on maps is 10 hours, althoguh many small maps i played like dog days games lasted 4-5 hours, and long maps like IP games lasted 15 hours or more.
In order to calculate % times spent playing, let's keep in mind that I do need to sleep and work So i disagree with the 8760 hours for a total year. I sleep 7 hours per day, and work 8 hours per day. That leaves me with:
Sleep: 7 * 365 = 2555 hours
Work: 8 * 1920 hours
Total UNplayable time: 2555+1920= 4475 per year.
For 2.5 years, lets multiply 4475 hours by 2.5 which yields 11187.5 out of 21900 hours
Hence, I played 50% of my free time. That is a lot
Csarmi, the math teacher, are my calculations correct?
hehe
PS. Balcough, yes, we had good games and good chats. I just thought I would list the funny one.

OOPS.
Actually, 50% is free time which is close 10700 hours. Out of that, at 10 hours per game, i played 2250 hours.
So I actually played 21% of my free time.

after that optimistical calculation, it seems like Karim definetelly decided to be back in heroes business with next day. maybe is it because he printed out the sketch, the storyboard, and showed it to his girl ? "See? you still had your 2-3 hours in ONLY a year? is this not enough? HUH?" ....
welcome back Karim
have a nice day
