Crazy Rules
I'm new at ToH, and went to Zone to find a game. What I found was all these weird titles and acronyms that no one was kind enough to explain to me. Could someone help?
Here's some of the ones I saw:
Natives
WW
MM
no M or L
no hero spec log or magic
hf,rr,hnr, born log...db..+others
no casrto (carto?)
Someone help!

Ok, well, the first three things you mention there is subtournaments and main tournament of another tournament (not Toh) this tournament can be found here Natives and MM (Might/Magic masters is subtournaments in this tournament (WW = wizards and warriors)
No M or L means most likely that the player wont play Medium or Large maps, although, this kind of "rule" is not common by most players, some just enjoy XL maps the most
No hero spec log or magic, means that heroes with logistics speciality is not allowed. heroes with4th level spell speciality is not allowed as well
hf,rr,hnr, born log...db..+others
hf = no hillfort allowed
rr = no red rush allowed
hnr = no hit'n run allowed
Born log = any hero that starts with logistics skill is banned
db= I have no idea  
Handle: that means your nickname in the tournament your playing for

very nice reply LL, it's nice to see someone taking the time to explain what has already been said - for a good purpose.

db = doublebuild (any other towns except the starting town can build anything but a fort, or only for money and mageguild)
no carto = no cartographer
