2 vs 2 may be fun. Although if a team really wants to win, chances are, a veteran player would not want to pair up with a rookie  In this tourney, does a pair of 2 have to be from the same tribe?

Hmm maybe u right angel But still i think we need one more tourney. Look at ur tribe Durell entered as noob that season but he is not anymore
Will be cool if we will open new thread to help azure in oppening new router

In the 2v2 Tribes Sub Tournament, it does have to be 2 players from the same tribe.

Durell is not in the rookie tournament for specific reasons which will not be mentioned here for the respect if him.
In regards to a new sub tournament for tribes, I will take any suggestion into review. These must be emailed to me, you know where to get my email address from  . No changes ever take place during a current season, as WW sticks to a rule once we start a season, so keep that in mind when making the suggestion.

Speaking from my own experience, I would like to see something for the medium experienced player.
All of the top players are eligible to compete in the 2 vs 2, Random & Veteran subtournies. This doesn't give a medium experienced player a very good chance to do well in any subtoury. With a mid-level subtourny, some of the non-vets that are not eligible for the Rookie subtourny can compete against each other at their own level.

How about a "Hero" tourney?
Only those can participate, who never reached more than "Hero" ranking the last 2 (or 3) seasons?

this wont work very well I think angelito. If such a tourney would be successive I think azure, or some volunteer will have to rate players. since a player ranked hero just as well could be the skill level of any vet

I'll compete in anything that has to do with Rookies or nOObs! I'm looking forward to playing people that I know, here from HC, but I usually only see Rychenroller or other veterans in the ZONE. Where are the nOObs?!

I recently joined in a 2 vs 2 game where everyone decided to play natives with a 3 hero maximum. This is alot different than what I am normally used to, but is alot of fun!! Does anyone have a good strategy how to play with only 3 heroes?? It seems that even on a resource rich map, I have a hard time getting plenty of gold and resources early on. Week 1 I only had 2 heroes and Week 2 day 1 I was able to hire my 3rd. Any tips would be appreciated
Edit** - In the 2 vs 2 game I was in, everyone was playing with the Inferno Castle on the Jebus template, XL no under. My situation gave me 2 magic heroes to start with. I understand moving in different directions to open up the area as much as possible. I also gave all of my troops to 1 hero to engage in any minor road blocks along the way. I guess my question is: Is it expected that you will need more time to make a break to the middle vs. playing a normal game? I have built all dwellings and castle week 1 for the exception of the dogs (with help from my ally)but will see my week 2 as struggling to get enough gold to upgrade the dwellings and buy out all of the troops early on.

I would say scouting is key. So run in diffrent directions with the 2 heroes and keep to fast roads if possible. I prefer to keep all my army by the main though its tempting to split it, but you risk running into something you really would like to kill but cant without all your army. Besides scouts have a tendensy of losing to much army.
The other important thing is prioritizing what you will go for. You have to leave a lot of stuff that you would normally take, but you have to go for the most important things like dwells, arts and moneybuildings.
You probably knew these things allready but the game is really about the same things as normal games, but if you could be a bit more concrete I will be glad to try and come up with some kind of answer.

Festing is cool but Wizards and Warriors does not allow them nor will a sub tournament be done with them. The reason being is that a game can be played generally in less than 30 minutes, I myself have played them in 20 minutes are less.
