so here is an update:
The man broke the glass by accident and someone is on the phone still. There is some blood and the bag is fairly heavy....
This game is addictive.
was there someone else involved in the death that is gone now?

I have another mystery after this but not for prizes just for fun since it has occured to me that the mods might like this as a regular thing.
At least i am not sure because i have'nt seen this done before.

Well I asked if he did it volunteeraly and that means on purpose... another way of saying it is that it was an accident.
Next question: was there someone else involved in the death that is gone now?
