Question: No Hives/Cons

When playing online with such rule, can you still clean cons/hives but dismiss spoils(angels/vyverns), or you cannot do that aswell?

Nope, u cannot clean them to get exp. points, coz your opponent will never know if u dismissed them or if u just "sacrified" them in a tough battle, which u prolly hadnīt won without them..

Another prime example of why ToH doesn't enforce player-made rules.

In a situation such as this, I'd think that it would be perfectly fine for me to attack the hive/cons for the xp so long as I dismissed the troops once the battle was over.

I'd expect my opp to either trust me or his copies of the saves to know that he wasn't cheated.

20 people can interpret the same rule 20 different ways, however, which is probably why 'rules' is the most popular and least acted upon complaint we get.

In 95+ % of Rules complaint cases we just tell the player making the complaint that if he/she wants to play with them then it's at his/her own risk.

Still, if we find that a particular individual is making a habit of insisting upon certain rules and then bending/breaking them to their own advantage, we deal with it......firmly.
