i have a problem with my computer, when i put the CD in, a setup dose not pop up, and if i go to my computer and double click on the icon, it still dose not pop up, if any one can help me, thank u.

Has it always done this, or is this the first time you're using the CD? I'm not good at troubleshooting, but have you checked your CD for dust or scratches? Do other CDs run okay?

i have played it be4, i had to wyp my computer about 1 year ago . so i had to reinstall my games, i havent entreintalled it yet.

i have a xp computer. i have played it on my xp computer be4. i have a total of 111 GB on my c drive. i have 32.2 GB used space. and i have 74.5 GB not used.

1. Do other game disks run fine when you insert them?
2. Does the surface of your Heroes CD show any scratches or marks?

other games do work, halo 4 an exp. when i put it in, it taks several seconds to load the screen.
it has a lot (it looks like) on it.
