Pathfinding

Since it states "cast this spell on a friendly army" it can't be the army the spellcaster's in. Right?

Yes it can. Startune has used it against me and I have used it against him and that is how we played it. So I am assuming that "friendly" means yourself included.

Any army you control is a Friendly Army. Good question though, becuase when tactics bonuses are applied, they are not applied to the user, only the user's troops. Understandable how the confusion could occur.

Aha! I was thinking along the tactics type ruling. I'd say that should be added to FAQ.
