Russ Tactics!!
- Muhahahahahahahaha!!! Try to intimidate opponent with haunted laughs!! 
- Lure opponent into false sense of security by blaming mouse troubles for opponents bad play.
- Give opponent false impression of a rookie player with beat up looking avatar.
- Every so often, mention experiencing major losses after a battle when actually only losing 1-4 single fodder units.
- Frequently talk about resource and gold troubles... mention that upgrading a lvl 4 unit week 2 would be a stretch.
- If by chance you end up in your opponents area via a 1 way teleporter, make sure to let your opponent know that you are only there to view the mountains and other landscaping.
- Mention that you committed suicide and had to retreat... but conveniently leave out the fact that it was purposely done as a "rich mans" town portal.
- Convinces opponent that a horde of champions is an easy week 2 battle. Then when opponent suicides with full army, leaves opponent with nothing to do but stare at the leprachaun and wait for 3 weeks worth of new troops in order to fight border guard.
- Let opponent know that spell books are overrated! 
- Whatever castle you are playing at the moment, mention that it is your first time playing that castle and are unsure of the strategy or build order.
- Threaten opponent with a big stick
- If you beat opponent, make sure to talk about how lucky you got and how well your opponent played. Talk about how everything was handed to you on a silver platter and your opponent had to work hard for everything. This will lead you into another game which will = another easy win. Be sure to repeat the process after each game 
- Taunt opponent through HC IMs as a pre-game strategy to psych out opponent.
- Use Muay Thai to scare opponent into conceding.
- Uses stickmen pictorals to demonstrate his army strength, thus leading opponent into false sense of security.
- Distracts opponents by asking them to pick up the phone... then yelling "WUZZZZZAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!"
- Takes advantage of time zone differences and challenges opponents when they are ready to fall asleep.
- Takes advantage of opponents lack of knowing powerful artifact combos such as "The Pirate Combo" (Endless Sack of Gold, Water Book, Sea Captains Hat)... where the opponent would clearly have won the game if he had known about it.
- Gets expert earth and casts the deadly Mass Shield/ Smagic Arrow combo.
- Distracts opponents with his artistic drawings (see below) causing opponent to run out of time during turn.

DUDE!!
only played him once and you nailed all his tactics!!
*slowly draggin' out a game that could easily be finished with one strike by exploring the entire map ...
making it look like he's staying away from your main.
(game was about 4hrs when it coulda been 1:10min.
)

Suicide 3 games in a row against a cyclope stockpile to let ur opponent feel that u are an easy win (fun games), and when u finally play a tourney game beat the crap out of him.
Make LKru33 post a new thread about ur skills to intimidate opponents.

EDIT:
then befriend a Canadian innocent victim with your "weakest" profile and play "fun games" and slaughter him regularly to bring up your self esteem!!

Not quite!! Even if I tripped and fell onto an unguarded pandoras box that gave me 1,000,000,000 experience, I couldn't even pretend to play as well as either Maretti or Russ. I also don't think they could pretend to play as bad as I do
You may confuse me with some of the other foo's with a record of 3 times as many losses as wins

If this for some reson refers to me u are wrong Kru. I really have had very good games against u. Its not something i just say. For example our last game. Extreme all random and i start with alkin who gets the top 8 skills for extreme, off, armorer, log, path, earth, air, wisdom and tactics. And there were 6 dwells in my area and none of the keyguards had speed 14 or higher. Thats a lucky game.

No foo!! When playing Randoms I always expect good and bad... this was just a goofy thread. Besides, when I made that post, we still hadn't finished our game at that point.

Ask Durell about that....for how long he plays online now, and he will always break week 3 (if he doesn´t suicide before..).
If u would play about 2 games a week online, u would prolly break week 3 on jebus (template) L size after 2 months as well and then see how easy that is...

I can see where Jebus would have a problem breaking week 3. If you look at it through his eyes, you would see: Get all troops from castle, dwellings, cons, hives... level up as much as possible by hitting pan boxes, etc... run to boarder to fight main guard and just before you engage in battle think for a second... The Dirkinator is on the other side of this guard and will smash me like a tomato. Should I prolong my death and wander off the path a bit where he won't find me? Ah, there is a sanctuary where I can sit and relax. At least I can preserve my main hero and just lose because I have no castle for 7 days. Perhaps he was choosing the lesser of 2 evils

you were on the right track right up the boarder guard..
it's more like:
"runs up to boarder ... sits and wonders if he can take a throng of (insert creature here) with his puny army and low stats... figures he'd be best to wonder back and fight more to gain exp... goes back to castle waiting to afford all creatures... prefers to fight from castle and get small puny castle advantage.. watch opponent take all his stuff... fight in castle..
average end fights last 30 seconds. "
(funny how someone who NEVER posts in VW, jumps on any mention of his name!! )
makes you wonder no?

well unless of course you meant "breaking out in a cold sweat" week 3... knowing that Im gonna get killed!!

Don't worry... I spent my last 5 games breaking out in cold sweats week 3. Then I end up doing something in a panic such as fighting a horde of ancient behemoths with 3 devils and some fodder. That is when the game takes a turn for the worse. Finally when the main fight comes... my army consists of 45 imps and 5 efreet sultans
