Include diplomacy!!
Is diplomacy included in Heroes V? I think itīs about time that Heroes get some advanced diplomacy, and not just everyone being locked into war or alliances for an entire game. Something like the diplomacy of Hearts of Iron 2 or Civilization 4 would be perfect!

But not that you can win with doing that.. What about making it a loose choice to make before you start a game?

i have seen a gameplay movie and diplomacy is shown when a hero levels up
u can go download some at gamespot
