1. Leprechauns look just the way they're supposed to look, nothing wrong with that.
2. Unicorns look a bit girly, but that's the way they're supposed to look (i think the unicorns in HoMM3 look better than the war unicorns (they look like workhorses used on a farm)). They should, owever lose the rainbow hairs.
3. Sea monsters look exactly like real deep sea fish, as someone pointed out before, and are fine as they are (yes, there are 'real fish' with a lamp-thing hanging from their head)
4. I agree that halflings have a somewhat screwed up face, but who cares, their combat graphs look ok and that's the thing that counts.

yes its supposed to be that way? dont you know anything about sea biology? big fish living in the darkness have those 'lamps' with glowing fluids on their foreheads to lure smaller fish with light. anyway...the sea monster looks kinda cool.

you're so funny!!
at least homm4 has a very f***ng good graphics!
maybe the towns aren't too well(i.e. necropolis) and the skills are always the same(starting skill+combat) but graphics are cool!!

I like women with barely any clothes on
And for the rest, well I think they look pretty good altogether.
Most creatures still look a bit the same as in Homm4.
So they are a bit familiar, which is nice
