Regarding exact translation from russian - there is nothing much to translate actually Just two basic ideas - they are going for quality instead of rushing to meet some dead-lines, so (quote): "the patch will be ready when it will be ready". So, my guess, the patch will not be out for some days more.

Albeit good side of the post is that the patch is oriented towards improvement of the multiplay and that this objective seems to be completed.

A translation not transliteration

This list is by no means complete or entirely accurate

any I item I put *** by mean may or possibly affect MP games

Changes for patch 1.2
================================

Some changes will take effect only after restarting map in saved campaign.


New elements:
- Extended descriptions of buildings on maps.
- Melee attack done with holding CTRL button.
- Added fast access button (R) to recruitment window, accessible from every part of city interface.
- All units have new status (Range), desribing distance, where attack is decreased by 50%.
- New graphic option: Camera Mode.
- New interface for finishing battle.
- Duel mode for Hot Seat.
- High Score.
- New maps: "Last Hope" and "War of the worlds".


Bug fixes:

*** Multiplayer should work correctly.
Game shouldn't crash to desktop after multiple use of Alt+Tab.
Mistakes in texts have been corrected (descriptions, targets, etc.) Maps: "Conquest", "Attack", "Invasion", "Cultists", "Triumvirate", "Resistance", "Island to Rule" have been balanced.
AI can no longer hire heroes on "Fall of the king" map.
"Fall of the king" area, being a target of "Send Godric to Nikolai" quest, has been increased.
"Cultists" quest "Capture a town within a week" no longer dissappears from the list aften it is completed.
"Temptation" if enemy Wizard patrolling river will be killed, then quest "Evade enemy patrols" will not be automatically completed.
One of the quests on the map "Refugees" has been fixed.
"Dragon Pass" quest "Defeat all" has been described better.
"Triumvirate" after battle between Zehir and Markal you no longer get message "You lost".
"The March" hero Grawl can now visit red keymaster's tent.
"Liberation" AI can no longer hire Narxes.
"Alliance" using spell Instant Travel will no longer cause script errors.
"The Diplomat" loosing Fast Battle with AI will result in lost mission.
"Maahir's Trick" AI can no longer get any artifacts that are necessary to finish the mission.
"Refugees" potential problem with finishing main task has been fixed.
"Raelag's Offer" game does not crash anymore when Isabel or Markal loose battle with neutrals. (this one personally happened to me)
"Emerald Dragons" can be now finished after loading save game.
"Refugees" potential problem with acquiring Dragontooth Necklace has been fixed.
Black Dragons can now be healed by first aid tents.
Model of Shadia has been fixed.
After using Gating clone will no longer be normal creature.
Wrong text of "Rumours" interface has been fixed.
*** Game now refreshes list of sessions in the lobby if any player leaves the session.
Unreachable Stone of Knowlege on the map "Land of exiles" has been fixed.
Not activated dialog scene in "Tear for Ossir" map has been fixed.
Mages and Archmages now use their shooting ability correctly.
Gating now works for single Horned Overseer.
Initiative Bar now works correct turn order.
Buildings' models fixed.
If Archangeld dies from "Harm touch" it no longer stays suspended over battlefield.
*** Time in limited time mode is now displayed.
Texts in chat are no longer duplicated after leaving the battle.
*** Puzzle-map in underground works now correctly.
*** Problem with bad camera angle over one of grass terrains has been fixed.
*** Player can no longer get 2 levels of the same ability during level up.
*** Summoned creatures are no longer shown in statistics after battle.
*** Time is now displayed on the icon in Dynamic battle.
Text "Spell resisted" is now displayed in correct place.
*** Vampires and Vampire Lords no longer regain health after attacking Undead.
Heroes travelling with 3x normal speed have correct sound.
*** Lethos will now use spell "Decay" correctly.
It is now easier to move cursor over objects.
*** User can no longer eavesdrop opponents with Monolith.
*** Hero stationing in Heaven's garrison will get now movement bonus from Stables.
Sphinx description has been changed.
*** Played starting game with Random Hero option can no longer get hero chosen by a different player.
*** In multiplayer, if one player disconnects when map is loading, other players will be able to start the session.
*** Information after lost battle for entangled creatures has been fixed.
Hero leaving town does not automatically return to is, as it happened sometimes.
*** Sparkling Fountain now correctly adds 2 luck.
Map objects have now correct information windows.
Description of Silent Stalker has been fixed.
*** Hero Sinitar has now correct description of Catalyst spell.
*** Deep Hydra can now fully regenerate.
Description of Idol of Fortune has been fixed.
Spell "Weakness" has now correct description.
*** Hero can no longer get take army from allies.
*** Map animations are no longer faster with hero speed increasement.
Text has been formatted in the interface of "Ritual dungeon".
Problem with creature animations that ovelapped with ruins of fortifications has been fixed.
*** Dragonbone Greaves give bonus to initiative for melee creatures.
*** Damage estimation has been fixed.
*** Wrong effect of spell "Frenzy" has been fixed.
*** Wrong effect of spell "Hypnosis" has been fixed.
*** Many smaller bugs have been fixed.

Hi everyone

Finally the 1.2 patch is approved and ready - it will be made available tomorrow !

We are really late (one month) with this patch, and I'm sorry about that. It took much longer than expected to debug the multiplayer desynchronisation, and it has been a step by step process, with no visibility of the completion. I hope the debugging process still allowed the coders to get their share of the football world cup showings

This patch brings a lot of new features into the game, and even more debug, beyond MP : you get the hall of fame, hotseat duel, a reworked battle result screen... Two MP maps are being added, more will be delivered in further patches. I'll update this post tomorrow with the final readme details, and the list of sites to download from.

Hopefully we'll be able to get the next patch ready with less than a month delay, but I wont give any deadline to avoid expectations and disappointments. This third patch will greatly improve the duel mode. The map editor is also getting ready, we had an extensive round of feedback done.

A few technical details. There are two ways to install this new patch. You can either download it from one of the sources that will be listed tomorrow (as for the first patch), or you can use the upgradelauncher application coming with the first patch. It will automatically retrieve the correct patch version and install it. You should use the first solution if downloading is too long with the second one (as there is a unique source in this case).

Keep up the faith - everything is coming in time ! And dont go headbutting anyone

Hey,

- I have found a few links as to the release time ( hopefully ) on thursday the 20th -06.

- Ubi official ( english ) : release and requirements

- And from a german site : Drachenwald.net - forum / heute


- Both should contain some official information from Ubi_Marc.

The patch was release at noon Eastern time and it is too early to tell since not many will have updated to get into UBI.com  Once the majority has the patch and the sync. problem goes away we will see only time will tell.

And with it the official patch details

3. Changes in patch 1.2
===============

If loading a save from an older version, some fixes will only take effect after map restart.


Features added:

- Extended tool tips for buildings on the adventure map.
- Melee attack performed when holding CTRL.
- A hotkey (R) to invoke the creature-hiring interface from any town interface.
- All creatures now have a new status (Range), describing the range at which the creature's attack is halved.
- A new Video Option: Camera Mode.
- A new End of Combat interface.
- Hot-seat duel mode.
- Hall of Fame.
- Two new maps: 'Last Hope' and 'War of The Worlds'.

List of fixes:

- Multiplayer now works correctly.
- Various textual mistakes (descriptions, missing objectives, and messages) were corrected.
- Balance was tuned on the following maps: 'The Conquest', 'The Attack', 'The Invasion', 'The Cultists', 'The Triumvirate', 'Defiance', 'Island of One's Own'.
- AI can no longer hire Haven heroes on 'The Fall of the King' map.
- On 'The Fall of the King' map, the area where Godric is to be brought to fulfil the 'Send Godric to Nicolai' task has been enlarged.
- On 'The Cultists' map, the 'Capture any town in one week' task no longer disappears from the list immediately upon completion instead of becoming completed.
- On 'The Temptation' map, if the enemy Wizard patrolling the river is killed, the 'Avoid enemy patrols' objective will no longer be automatically completed.
- On 'The Refugees' map, one of the objectives was fixed.
- On the 'Dragon Pass' map, the 'Defeat All' task is now specified.
- On 'The Triumvirate' map, after Zehir's fight with Markal, the message 'You Lost' no longer appears.
- On 'The March' map, the hero Grawl can now visit the red key master tent.
- On the 'Liberation' map, the AI can no longer hire the hero Narxes.
- On 'The Alliance' map, the use of the Instant Travel spell no longer causes the script failure.
- On the 'Diplomat' map, losing to AI with the Quick Combat option now fails the mission.
- On the 'Maahir's Gambit' map, the AI cannot seize any of the artefacts that are key to the task's completion.
- On 'The Refugees' map, a possible problem with non-completion of the main objective was fixed.
- On the 'Raelag's Offer' map, the game no longer hangs if Isabel or Markal lose to neutral creatures.
- 'The Emerald One' map can now be played after loading a saved game.
- On 'The Refugee' map, a possible problem with gaining the Dragon Teeth Necklace artefact was fixed.
- The Black Dragons can now be healed by the First Aid Tents.
- The model of Shadya was corrected.
- When Gating is used, the clone will no longer be a normal creature.
- Incorrect message in the 'Rumours' interface in the Tavern was fixed.
- The game now renews the list of sessions in the lobby after the player has left the session.
- Unreachable Dolmen of Knowledge was fixed on the 'Land of Outcasts' map.
- A non-activated dialogue cutscene was fixed on the 'A Tear for Ossir' map.
- Mages and Archmages now use their shot ability properly.
- Gating works for a lone Horned Overseer now.
- The ATB-bar now shows proper information about the turns queue.
- The problem fixed with the bottom part of buildings models in the Preserve appears through the water.
- When an Archangel dies of 'Harm Touch', he no longer remains hanging over the field.
- In Time Pressing mode, the time is now shown.
- Texts are no longer duplicated in the chat after leaving the combat.
- The puzzle map now works correctly in the Underworld.
- The problem with the incorrectly positioned camera at one of the Grass arenas was fixed.
- The player can no longer gain two levels of the same skill with one Level-Up.
- Summoned creatures are no longer shown in the Combat Results calculations.
- Time overlaps with the icon in Dynamic Battle.
- The 'Resisted' inscription now appears in the right place.
- On 'The Betrayal' map, there is no longer a message when approaching the garrison.
- Vampires and Vampire Lords no longer restore their health when attacking Undead creatures.
- Heroes now move with the correct sound at x3 speed.
- Lethos now uses his Decay ability properly.
- It is now much easier to move the cursor to objects.
- The user can no longer hear the opponents by using Monolith.
- The hero in the Haven town garrison now gains weekly movement bonus from Stables.
- The Sphinx' text box was changed.
- The player starting the game with the Random Hero option can no longer have a hero already selected by another player.
- In the multiplayer game, if one of the players quits while the map is being loaded, the other players can start their session anyway.
- The message which appears when a combat is lost to Possessed creatures was corrected.
- A Hero leaving a town no longer returns there immediately as sometimes occurred.
- The Sparkling Fountain now correctly gives Luck +2.
- Objects on the map now have correct tool tips.
- Description of the Silent Stalker perk was fixed.
- The hero Sinitar now has an accurate description of his 'Catalyst' ability.
- The Deep Hydra now restores its health completely.
- The error in the description of the Idol of Fortune was fixed.
- The spell 'Weakness' is correctly explained in the tool tip.
- The hero is no longer able to take troops from allies.
- With faster hero movement settings, other map animations are no longer accelerated.
- The text was formatted in the 'Ritual Pit' interface.
- The Scouts' and Assassins' 'No Range Penalty' are contrary to fact.
- Problem with creatures overlapping with fragments of ruined fortifications at the siege arena was fixed.
- The Dragon Bone Greaves artefact now gives initiative bonus to melee-fighting creatures.
- Damage prediction was corrected.
- The error in how the 'Frenzy' spell works was fixed.
- The error in how the 'Puppet Master' spell works was fixed.
- Numerous minor defects and bugs were fixed.
