HC Masquerade Party?
I did this back at a different forum a while ago, and it turned out relatively well, so I thought I'd throw out the idea here to see if there's any interest.
So here's the basic idea for the masquerade party. We all agree on a instant messaging handler (e.g. MSN, AIM, ICQ, Yahoo...etc.) and we all create a new account. We set a time and date and all invite ourselves into a chatroom, talk, and in the end, we guess who each other is. 
Any thoughts?

Good to see some interest. I haven't gotten around to planning the date and time yet (wanted to make sure we'll have people showing up first ). We can find some way to work around the different time zones. Hopefully. I don't think it'll happen too soon (definitely not within the week, since there's still a lot of planning to be done), but I'll keep everyone posted on what's going on. ^_^*
And hey you oldtimers (yes Consis, Binabik, I'm talking to you ), I'd be honored if you guys show up too.  With mystery accounts and everything, you won't even know whom to like or dislike! You might even find out that the people you think are spammers are not half as bad as you thought, and vice versa. Maybe I'm being too hopeful, but it could happen.

The Platinum Age ! Count me in for sure.
BTW, King Vlaad is right about timezones. You'll need a true maths genius to figure out when this will be possible, and what time is "when" for each guest...

I'm not sure exactly how this is going to work but are going to be able to break into chat rooms? 20 people all talking on the same screen is just going to be mass confusion.

FoG, I think it'll be okay. I don't expect everyone who shows interest to show up, that will limit the number slightly. Usually someone just says something and other people comment. If things get chaotic... I'll think of something.
