You can create scripted effects with ERM that work in a similar fashion to regular skills, creatures skills and spells but they won't appear in the game the same way as the originals. For example, spells wouldn't appear in a spell book or mage guild and you'd need to script a slightly different way to cast them, and skills wouldn't appear in a hero's skill list, etc.

then if i want create a hero secondary skill i would have to do a script  that make for example a list of skills that i do or a script that makes a alternative mague guild to learn new spells

Something like that, yes. You would need a way to display the list of scripted skills that the hero has. And you wouldn't actually need a new mage guild per se, but you would need a way to display the list of scripted spells in the mage guild. You could still base the level and availability off the regular mage guild (use ERM to check the level built and maybe check for a ctrl-click on the mage guild to display the scripted spell list if you like).

To cast them in combat, you might use a right-click on the spell book and then display a list of the hero's scripted spells that he or she knows (using a dialog box with option buttons for the choice of which to cast).

You can display existing spell animations with another ERM command and script the effects of the spell with various combat ERM commands. You can even show text in the combat message log if you like.

But you can make your own animations for spells...it's easy if memory serves...
