Weekly Library Question____27/06
Back again 
Same procedure as the last ones.....5 statements...which of them are are true, which are false (why?)
We start with some easy questions again, all questions refered to Heroes Complete, 4.0
1. Complete build-up of Tower needs more gems than complete build-up of Rampart needs crystals.
2. There are more major artefacts than relics used on adventure map.
3. All 4 different magic schools have 19 spells included.
4. A hero can raise itīs attack skill by 10 during his single turn, just by visiting different map locations (no artefacts, treasure chests, sirenes).
5. There are more level 4 spell specialists than level 3 ones.

 False : I counted 57 crystal for building any and all Rampart structures. 55 gems for Tower (not certain yet, but I'm tempted to count how much sulfur Dungeon requires. Even more than these two, I guess. This town is SO hungry for ressources !   
2. There are more major artefacts than relics used on adventure map.
Depends on the map, I'd say. Or is there a ratio incorporated in the rmg   Just a wild guess yet, but I'd say on most templates you have loads of relics in the desert area and/or in topes. Major arties are more typically found here and there on the map, guarded by some stack... So I'd say there's actually more relics. Answer : False.
3. All 4 different magic schools have 19 spells included.
False. If I'm not mistaken, Fire has only 18.
4. A hero can raise itīs attack skill by 10 during his single turn, just by visiting different map locations (no artefacts, treasure chests, sirenes).
He can, but it'd take a filthy rich area in the special locations department. 2 Libraries of Enlightenment, 2 Arenas + 2 Campfires (I know it's the Homm2 name for +1 Att locations, but I can't remember Homm3's name for it at the moment  ). Not likely to happen on average, but not technically impossible. So I'd say True.
5. There are more level 4 spell specialists than level 3 ones.
True ?

Nice first try LM.
But question No.2 and No.4 seem to be mistaken.
No.2 -> "used on adventure map" means, they are not used on the battlefield. E.G.: Speculum, boots of speed, charm of mana...etc....
No.4 -> Read the question exactly...i said "different locations"...so no TWO libraries possible...

* There is a very simple answer: true (pandora, quest or event) But I guess this isn't what you were looking for, so here is a more complicated answer for a generic level 1 hero on a random map:
-scrool of war +1, arena +2, camp +1, scholar +1, stronghold town +1 (6 total)
-Dungeon town, learning stone, altar of sacrifise, 30K xp pandora, 30K xp quest, tree of knowledge (I would assume that most heroes would gain at least +2 attack here)
-Library +2
Grand total: >=10
