When I was first envolved with Heroes, I didn't really like the game, the first was the kings bounty my brother was playing it a lot and I only watch him. Also when he started to play Heroe's II that's when I started to play with him. He's pretty good, so I took my took me time to learn the game and compete with him. So far we're almost even!

ive been going through past threads and found this so hear goes i got into heroes when i went to my freinds house he asked if id like to play it looked pretty good so i played
and got stomped that was all it takes to hook me if i get beat badly i work so hard to be the best. so my journey continues.

Friends had them. Friends borrowed them. They were like "this game is awsome!!" So I played a couple of hotseats Homm2. Movin up to Homm3 I wanted to stay in the simpler art. So I went to buy Homm2 from best buy, but they didn't have it. Lucky for me I got 3 complete, and like it to this day.

nah, but i have the 'platinum edition' with homm1, homm2 with price of loyalty and homm3 with shadow of death and armageddon's blade... all to the nice prize of half a normal CG...
how I was introduced to Homm?
One of my buddys had Homm2, and so we played it for a while. i just loved it. then i bought Homm3 when it was released, and Homm4 when that one came out. Heroes are the best game ever!

In 1998, when I and my brothers got hold of a CD containing Heroes I, that is when I got involved in HOMM.

heroes 2 was one of the first games i have ever played...i
was 12 and i had bought my first pc..so a friend gave me a cd with games...that he didnt played...so i played heroes 2
and i liked it...and when heroes 3 apearedi played it for many months without rest....nights after nights in front of the pc with my brother....by the way i learned a few guys to play too...about 6 ..and they now cant stop playing.

Actually, I saw the game in a store (Best Buy). I was looking for something new to play. I used to play a lot of Baldur's Gate (I and II with expansions), but has been wanting to try something new. Anyway, I went online to search for forums related to the game. And I found this forume, heh  My bf gave me the game I have now, which is HOMM4. Still playing. I've been busy lately with exams and all, so I haven't been playing much games recently.
