Nah, I'll call it the Festival. Basically when hippies make a festival it lasts longer than a lot of ordinary cities so I think that's the perfect name.
Ok, so here are the basics, for now:
Faction name: The Festival
Formal race name: The Independent Organisation of Free People from All Around the World
Most commonly referred to as: Those goddamn hippies
Race description: Orcs and goblins who decided to follow the path of peace decided they should listen to their music as loud as they want, and that disturbed other orc tribes so they separated from them, taking a lot (a LOT) of weed with them. They now roam the world in search for peace, music and more weed. Sometimes, they organise in festivals, some of which are estimated to last until the end of time.
Associated symbols:   
You know the lineup. I'll deal with abilities soon
National Ashan Festival?
All the Orcs and the Goblins are doing a huge parade?
Settlement ocs too? Druges orcs too?

Well it's more of a festival than a parade... And why the hell not? No one said orcs can't have fun...
Settlement orcs can come too. Everyone is invited.

ok, so, with have The Druges, which divides into Deminion (mine), Festival (Backlavas) and <insert another name here>,

lets now get back to bisness, ok my Orc people are getting high on cocaine, baklavas is based on weed, so the other one should be...........cannabis

Perferred Drug: Cannabis
Background: used to use weed, has now got tired of it and moved on to Cannabis

Gardener-->Stupid Gardener
SG: has the ability to plant life form eating plants, on the battle
Level 2
Ant Bessilys freaky pie--> Ant Bessilys Explsive Pie
AGEP: has the ability to the explode into 4 small Pies (level 1 equalilent)
Level 3
Goblin--> Excentionaly high Goblin
Shooter of poinous drugs
Level 4
Roc--> Old Fashioned Roc
Like H3 roc only OFR now looks like an old granney
Level 5
Orc--> Orc elder
Can cast Rightous Might spell
Level 6
Mutanted Orc-->Beastly Orc
Level 7
Bethemoth-->Troubled Bethmoth

But in my opinion, you need to edit it a little bit.
Small things like creature's name just can't be with 4 words.
I'll edit it, according to my opinion:
Level 1
Gardener --> Stupid Gardener
I just didn't understand what is 2nd level creature.
Level 3
Goblin --> Hob Goblin
Level 4
Roc --> Ancient Roc
Level 5
Orc monk --> Orc elder
Level 6
Mutanted Orc-->Beastly Orc
Level 7
Bethemoth-->Troubled Bethmoth
Is it fine?

nice, but keep in mind that this is only for fun but then again if you had fun making it, it could work
