Actually, the idea is not that bad - only the graphical work is very sloppy. And please use another server - like Photobucket - to upload, because that one is waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too slow.

This picture loads wayyyyyyyy to slow KD, upload it to photobucket.com or imageshack.us atleast they are faster.

improvements
-basic idea is very good, but upload is far to slow
-use straight lines in your pictures, not just freehand
-try to keep the images to a same dimention(ish)
other than that its fine, but i havent seen all of it yet
EDIT
KD you used the same picture for Heroes 4 Death Knight and Demonic, so you need to change that

KD you used the same picture for Heroes 4 Death Knight and Demonic, so you need to change that
In HOMM 4 the HOMM 3 Death Knights amd Demoniacs are become Death Knight, that is same with Heretics and Necromacner. They all becomae Necromacners.

I tried saving this picture to my harddrive so I could upload it to photobucket to make it easier for some members (while still giving you full credit for it ofcourse  ) but even that took very long.
The kbps was a stupid 0.1 kpbs, that was the download speed for this one particular file.
I waited like an hour (while multitasking) and I came back and it had only done about 20%, so i shut the stupid download off.
That site is the WORST AND SLOWEST site I have even seen.

Hm, I think the pic is too large for photobucket. As far as I remember there's a limit on the size of pictures that can be uploaded in free accounts, and they'll be resized if they're too large. But I'm not sure...

You can select the size you want as maximum, and otherwise just split it into two different images.

If the image is too big I think it gets resized to 800x600
I tried saving it, if I could have I would have reduced the image size, but still making it so you could all see, but even with my broadband speed which is pretty good, the kpbs was 0.1 and thats pathetic, worst hosting service I have ever come across.
