Six special abilities ... that's pretty impressive in one creature! And I'm confused - there is the Blowgunner, and then there's the Headhunter that also attacks with a Blowgun? That seems kinda strange - especially because we have a "town" with 4 creatures, of which 3 are ranged. Maybe it would be more appropriate to give the Headhunter a decapitate ability, where they cut of targets head (if target has one) (similar to Death Touch and Vorpal Sword, but activated and without cleansing ability).

Headhunter Abilities:
Shooter
Poison
Warcry
Cold Blooded
Mercyless
No Meele Penelaty
Decapitate
That's simply far too many abilities for one creature! Man, you have 4 creatures, try to distribute some of them on the other units. For instance all your ranged units have No Melee Penalty. That's imbalanced. And you have 2 of 4 units with Poison attack. That's too many. And Bravery and Coldblooded is sort of the same ability (sure, one cuts at +1, another at 0, but ...).
Try something like this:
Blowgunner
Ranged
Poison
No Melee Penalty
Warrior
Shield Bash
Mercyless
Headhunter
Coldblooded
Decapitate
Shaman
Caster
Shooter
Battlecry
