Multiple Castles/dwellings
I have seen some requests like this from various forums actually and would like to ask you guys here myself.
1) What do you think of a Multiple Castles (to increase growth, like Citadel->Castle->Castle2->Castle3->etc) or Multiple Dwellings (building 3 Imp crucibles will triple the growth for Imps) idea?? I mean it will add some variety to your army of choice, right?
2) Is it possible to implement, or should (we) hope for Nival to make it as an option?
It would add some special tactics into your armies, like in Duels, not dependant on weekly growth.
What do you think?
EDIT: By multiple xxx I mean you should BUILD them in your own town, not capture them externally

Multiple castles? Well, that would lead to much bigger armies. I'm note sure if I like it, I would have to test it myself and see how it "feels". The problem I see is it makes it more resource dependent and I don't like that. Actually in H4 the castle didn't increase the growth rate at all and that was completely ok for me.

I'm not quite sure but I think we cannot change the effectivity of the castle. You should check the citadel and castle xml files.

Yeah but at least in this way you could have some army split, one attacking while the other defending.. and you could use various creature combinations (not dependent on weekly growth) to counter enemy tactics better. overall I think it could be a nice addition.

I did but found nothing there, maybe from some external reference because that's where I found other things about buildings.

mabey. you probobally couldn't change the actual look of the town, but you could proboally keep building the Citadel/castle or whatever, and have it code something.

Yeah well, something like an icon (like creature stacks), but anyone more experienced than me at modding should tell me if he tried/it's possible if he/she's interested
thanks for the attention

lol
Remember having only 1 type of unit is not a very good strategy -- that's why I like the ability to recruit what you want, because you use combinations that support better each other or cancel enemy's tactics, etc
