chaotic evil is more insane 
I get true neutral because I'm partially good, partially evil and the system fails to give me a good label. So I get "averaged out".
One True Neutral feature fits me, though: I am a firm believer that good and evil are totally relative.

I'm somewhat on the borderline between Good and Neutral and Neutral and Chaos. That's why I always get TN on this test, and CG on most others (except for one, which had labelled me NG)
EDIT:
Found another test, Did it, and got Chaotic Good.
I guess I must be here somewhere...

Bwaaah, test is way too looooooong.
Anyway, came out Neutral Good - 88 % Good (> 95 %) and 46 % Chaotic (> 34 %) which is probably not too inaccurate.

70% Good, 36% Chaotic. Oh and damn you Lex, that was too long! But it is biased, pretty often it is do the morally right thing AND report the bad guy to the authorities - First thing in my mind would be personal safety. You don't just stop and subdue a robber, chances are he'll shoot/stab you. Or about the powerful police, doesn't specify what scale we are talking about. Is it either few or too many?
