You've got it wrong there. Personal preference doesn't mean that factions should be judged poorly. Even if I happen to dislike one I will judge it according to what is required by the sheet and how close it gets to its objectives.
Btw I believe your percentages could be higher!

8th place: Bixie's Stampede (Mark: 45%)
7th place: Ted's Hobbiton (Mark: 50%)
6th place: Card_Ximinez's Beasts (Mark: 57%)
5th place: Rentless's Cavern (Mark: 68%)
4th place: Daystar's and Alcibiades's Conflux (Mark: 75%)
3rd place: EliteKill's Varz (Mark: 78%)
2nd place: Fofa's Prison (Mark 79%)
1st place: Fofa's Guild and GenieLord's Tropical (mark 86%)
These results are so close to each other.

My problem is that she says to everyone "I don't like your faction", "it's silly", etc.
If she says practical comments like: "The ____ isn't good. I would suggest to change it to ____" it will be fine.
But telling everyone that their factions aren't good is insulting, pointless, annoying and reduces creators' moral.
Ashrah, I have already told you it atleast twice. Can you just stop?

I don't know about that, I am referring to the percentages. She gave some factions good ones so it's not a case of hating everything
