I googled. Checked out some guides for H5 campaign and then checked out the forums. I thought they were intersting and begun to "spy" on it. Then I saw the faction contests, and i just love to create factions, worlds, games etc.
So joined the faction contest and got rather good results. But in the final round (Nagas) a user that had completly copied Warcraft 3 got higher points then me lol.
And since then, i have created lots of factions and H6 ideas and joined a number of competitions ( and now the RPG competition ).

I'm sure you will find here what you are searching for. For the best mods, I suggest you to see this thread. It's a list of all downloadable mods on HC, but I don't know how often is updated.
Well, if you wonder how did I found out of this place...
In December, I was searching for a walkthrough for Findan's campaign on the school computer, because some technical problems cut my home internet acces. I was stuck at the first mission simply because Biara wasn't showing up. The forum was great, and I got the answer: a stupid bug was the problem, and the only solution was restarting the map.
I liked the place, so I joined after I solved the problem with my computers, in February.

Well, after getting bored with the game I decided to get on ubi.com and test my skills against other players. I was slaughtered by the gamers on ubi.com, who are mostly super experienced Russians, and I vented my frustratation at another website called celestialheavens.com. I ended up checking up at that place now and then for several months, and one time some people were talking about this website and had a link to it, and I came here and looked around. Then I ended up registering and ta da, I've been degrading the forums ever since.

Well I found this place by Carcity. he tipped me about if about half a year after he gave me Tribes of the east. he is my cousin By the way.

BTW Zamfir and skele are related to kill them first. BTW besides Sweetcake there are two more accounts that are related to me. who can find them both? and no the City account is not one of them.

I found this place when I was wondering whether I should buy HoMM V or IV. I googled Heroes V and found Age of Heroes and trough that HC.
For those who are interested, I bought HoMM V.
