Favorite HOMM Soundtrack
Not sure if this belongs in Tavern, but since it applies to several games, it didn't seem to fit in the game-specific boards.
My favorite soundtrack would be HoMM 3. Personal favorites from that- the Dungeon and Fortress theme songs, and the combat songs. Please share your favorites!

Heroes 3 has overall best musics when every theme is rather good really. Combat, Town and Advanture map themes are all great. My favorite heroes song is Heroes 2 - Town Barbarian (Pol).
Haven siege theme is wonderful in Heroes 5 but other than that i can't say Heroes 5 musics are that great. They are good but there has been better...
What i liked most in Heroes 3 music was the evil themes. Necropolis town theme was fantastic whit the 'gong' effect.

My favorite evil theme was Dungeon, with the tubas and trumpets. I swear, they put audio crack in that music- I can't stop listening.

The EvilTheme song in Heroes 3 is also pretty good. I don't remember for sure but it's probably Infernos Campaing music.

Totally agree. EvilTheme is the best song there, though all songs are great. They're all both lovely to the ears and fit perfectly - the Inferno theme (the light beginning, with a deep continuation, all majestically played, I mean w00t), Tower theme (with those short, picky sounds and a totally gemmy atmosphere), Haven theme (medieval-like spiritual music, completely fitting and even nice to hear)... Combat themes are also cute, with those African beats and stuff.
A television here even used one combat theme (I think the 04 one) in a documentary about... I can't remember what really...  Something cool anyway

EvilTheme does pwn. It's now the number-1 song listened to on my iPod. Dungeon gets good at the end.
Combat 4 is the best combat one. Inferno is also good, and Fortress gets good a little ways into it.
