Well, it's basically the same as American baseball only with some different rules. For example when you pass the ball you don't throw it at the player with the bat but you throw it up in the air and when it comes down, the player hits it.

Finnish baseball
As Card said finnish baseball is also the same. Different ball(exactly the same weight as hand grenade, hard textil not leather) and gloves(like ice hockey goalies glove).
Different rules and you don't use shields.
As for underwater rugby here is a vid from danish league Underwater rugby
and here is some information I found in english
full rules
Equipment: flippers, mask, snorkkel, cap with ear protection and usually lower shields.
Two goals ("buckets") on the opposite sides of the pool on the bottom(4 meters deep) and a sinking ball.
The man with the ball can be grabbed but when he loses/passes the ball he must be released.
There is a keeper who isn't allowed to touch the goal with his hands. The man with the ball can try to move him.
Naturally team with most goals wins.

I was pretty good at basketball, haven't played in more than a year now. I think sport in general is a closed chapter for me.
