Nice animation dmad  Now that i have said that i can also say that i looks a bit like it's moving wrong way in the escalator  It's better than any of my animation attempts so far anyway.

Whit simple photo editing  It's really easy when you get hang of it. Basic tools provided by Windows own Paint is enough to make nice creatures. Just try some things out and you get better in time. Later you can toy whit more advanced programs like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro.

i think quite the opposite actually. i think BigJocker's creature is one of the best.
@guarder: i don't think homer's taurens are the best. Especially the versions with the bow look... not real.
