Unfortunatly not, it can only load the game's xdb files as movies.
Edit: Do you think this would be a good Seal Key?

Looks very nice! ^^ Of course, I don't know what you really want for a seal key, but if you think it fits, it's goog to go! 
P.S: Having some trouble right now, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to do the voiceacting...
If someone else shows up who can do Findan, go ahead and let him do it.

I too think it is amazing. However, it does look a little too big to be a key. Will it work like an artifact, or an object you need to visit before breaking the seal?

@Daystar: I used a hidden model found in the Editor when I was looking for a good key model.
@Cepheus: It'll work like an Object you need to touch for now, maybe I can make it an Artifact, I never tried to add a new Artifact, but I think it's possible. (I hope it doesn't require a space in the exe file)

It pretty much depends on what you had in mind I believe, Kronos. if you want it to be an artifact, go ahead. But hey, we've got the kaymaster tent system in this game, so I think it fits in pretty well. 
P.S: My problem is not computer related, so I doubt you can help me.
But hey, I didn't say I was dropping out! I said that I might.

I think it is quite possible as Legends of the Ancients seems to have some new artifacts (I apologise for constantly mentioning it everywhere). If not, you can just replace some crappy artifacts like the Tarot Deck or the Necklace of Victory.

but the four leaf clover is worse then the tarot deck and you didnt mention that!
i think that its actually quite good. same for the necklace of victory. i mean how many good necklaces re there. only better one i can think of is pendent of mastery and some factions (like acedemy) can just equip it and unequip it as they please

I have some good news I added it as an Artifact, if I used it as a fully new one it required a space in the exe and I need those spaces for the new Creatures, what I did was simple I replaced the ARTIFACT_NONE and it works, but it does not have an Icon yet, I'll see what I can make. And I found out changing what Artifacts increase is not hard coded.

Well, I am from Ireland so I have a weakness for shamrocks. Also, I like the fact that it floats on the Adventure Map (strangely enough, like all artifacts...).

That is great news, Kronos! I think you may have to make it so that one artifact works for all three seal keys so that you don't have to replace anything.

UPDATE:
I wasn't in the mood of Mapping today so I decided to make the MODs for the new creatures they are Tier 20 and 19 and it works!!!!!!
But one thing I still need the textures for the Celestial Dragon. Daystar, how far are you with it? Since I haven't heard from EliteKill for some time I'll ask you.

If you've already got it then put it in your Maps directory. If not, download it on the first page where it says Preview, at the bottom of Kronos's post. Hope this helps.

Oh, it's quite alright, you're not bothering me at all. Happy to be of some use.
Go into My Computer, the C: Drive, Program Files and then the Ubisoft folder. Then enter Heroes V's folder. The Maps directory is in there, drop the preview file inside it and you should be good to go. Sorry if any of this sounds patronising.
