The questions were rather vague and my answer depends too much on the situation. The answers were either one extreme or the other without any apparent middleground and with more than half of the results description I disagreed with.

usually there's a certain gist to it. Usually, they ask you whether your are punctual in five different ways and then you say how punctual you are and that's the first category.
I would say: answer what lies most natural in the gist of the five questions (although, sometimes they have quite abstract questions, which are a good thing in such tests).

Cool test! I'm a mastermind /
apparently this personality type is pretty unusual too, at least according to the test... but it seems we have quite a lot of them here

These results are very interesting.
What I mostly think, about reading a bit of every profile, that each of us is suitable to a several descriptions, not only to one. The test probably shows us the one we're most close to. I still think it's a great personality test, and can be used in many places, even in job interviews for example, when a employer needs a certain kind of worker.
There are some results I can't agree with about certain members.
For exmaple, Alc seem to me more like a Realist, rather than a Mastermind. The Realist description is more suitable to him. I also thought of him as a Supervisor, but that type of Personality is more Extrovert.
William seem to me more like Peacemaker. Perhaps the name "Peacemaker" isn't that suitable, but the description is very close to William, don't you think?

Pretty accurate.
If Mastermind is such an uncommon type, why are there so many of them here?
