Multiplayer Unplayable
WHen my friend and I try to play a multiplayer game of HoMM5 ToE, it gives huge (2-10sec) delays when making any action. If we play over Ubi.com, it just dies. We tried Hamachi (v1.0.1.5 because the new version doesn't work with HoMM5) to create a vitrual LAN connection and that gives the same lag. Does anyone know what could be wrong or how to get rid of the extreme lag?
We're both in the US and can play any other game normally. Thanks for any help you guys can give.

What map size your using , You can add me in msn hholland@012.net.il
and i can probably fix your problems..

I think we were playing on a large map. Does a smaller map help things along?

No, Large maps are ok that issue only logical if your using the new extreme sizes of impossible ect Otherwise the source of the problem is something else..

Hi,
-@Nevermind When I install hamachi 1.0.1.5 I get a message saying that I dont have a connection installed / internet or whatever ?? is it something to do with ports / windows firewall .. You got a piece of advice ?

You need to have an internet connection, that's all. No matter the firewall and whatever...
