Is there a mod for TotE that changes hero appearance of all the heroes for all 8 races?
Female dwarves with beards creep me out.
Female orcs with a chest flatter then a mirror are also no good.
I also can't seem to get any mod for other factions that are already out there to work.
I tried modding it myself but without proper tools it only comes out half arsed.

I would like to see this mod. I think it is a good one...
By the way I would also like every hero to have his/her outfit but that is just impossible ____________

It's not impossible, it actually existed for HoF and I think someone even made the elven heroes mod for ToE. You'll probably find what you need on Elrath ( http://www.elrath.co.uk )
