AVATAR!!!
I can't help it anymore! I'm addicted to a Nickelodeon cartoon about a world with four nations, one for each element. A boy who can control all the elements and an evil kingdom trying to take over the world.
I don't feel like joining another forum to discuss this show so indulge me and discuss it here if you've seen it. If you haven't then go download it somewhere. There's about a hundred sites out there with downloadable episodes.

Heehe I see I'm not alone... I really like this show especially Sokka and Toph rock well Aang is too childish+wise at the same time is a bit weired but arrrgh I can't stand waiting for episode 12 wasn't it suppose to air yesterday? What bending style do you like the most? I mean come on you've got to say fire .

Btw if wikki is correct I'll have to wait till 2008 for the new seasons .

the show is pretty decent, and the creators certainly did their background research on the different cultures in it.

The start is a bit slow and it takes a while till it gets going but the later on it gets really good but well it's all a matter of taste nevertheless you got to love Sokka sometimes the show is a bit too much "even-the-characters-in-the-show-have-the-same-problems-I-do-I-can-SO-relate-to-this" as the show actually is for children you know when one of the hero's has this crush on that girl but he's to shy to tell and the other hero has problems with who he is and all that stuff but apart from the teenie puperte messages it's really great.
@ Baklava yeah "Elemental Mastery" is the hotness...

I saw this awesome episode where they were in a tower being chased by a giant owl-.. thing, and while they were trying to escape through like the library section of the tower the tower was slowly sinking into the sand of the desert while the person waiting for them outside had to try and hold the tower up so it doesn't sink while they were inside and then some raiders came and stole their giant flying fuzzy guy

Yeah well it depends on your taste this is an very "western" anime as it's main audience is supposed to be children... here in japan animes mostly are something totally diffrent of course there also some "children" anime but here you mostly have animies who's main audience are young people. Nevertheless Avatar rocks

So I just watched the latest episode online since it hasn't aired in the US yet (the Canadians are actually good for something after all) and I have to say it was pretty interesting.
SPOILER ALERT
-----If you havn't seen the new episode yet either go watch it now or STOP READING!!!-----
SPOILER ALERT
It seemed short to me considering the episode in a nutshell was Zuko wants to join the group-->sparky sparky boom man attacks/blows himself up-->zuko joins the group.
I would like to mention that I kind of liked seeing that new side to Katara though. The whole death threat was...interesting.

The next new episode is supposed to air on January 4th, 2008 in Canada on some channel called Ytv.
Still no word about when the U.S. will receive any of these new episodes.
