Has anyone seen the preview for the the Live action Avatar movie titled The Last Airbender?
I was a big fan of the cartoon but I don't know about the movie. I'm thinking it will be a hit or miss kind of thing. I can tell from the preview that I don't like the guy they chose to play Aang. He's apparently some 12 yer old karate prodigy from Texas but to me his moves do not look smooth at all. I don't know if I'm going to like it but I'll probably dish out the 10 bucks to go see it anyway.

That is called milking a francise...
I hate this... you have something perfectly good which was immensely enjoyable. But instead of knowing when to stop you continue to squeeze some desperate bucks out of something...
This is going to be like the Dragonball public rape. Atleast the produchers didn't wait for the fad to cool of. It's still wrong though.

They showed that preview for Transformers 2.
It looked interesting. For some reason I was reminded of the Golden Child , though I'm sure they have nothing in common.
