Yeah Wow is the only really advanced one at the moment. I hear good things about EVE online if your into science fiction though.

I would advise against Guildwars, its too...realistic. Games should admit that they aren't real, Guildwars tries to say otherwise.

You know Daystar, games don't have to be unrealistic to actually be good you know?

I get the feelign that daystar is underlining something slightly more subtle then that.

World of Warcraft.
Easy to learn but you still need some skills later in the game.
Its the largest and best.
The only bad thing is that Blizzard is killing off all important lore-charakters and making constant stupid "lorelols".
Because the Warcraft history is great and i hate that it seems that they try to destory it.

Actually what I was saying is that games are meant to be seperate from the real world. They can look realistic but they should be very obviously not real. Guild Wars seems to be trying to convince people that it is in fact real.
I know that makes no sense.

Games can do whatever they want, be realistic or not realistic. I for one actually like to have some realistic games. It is a welcome break from all these non-realistic games that are around.
It is always good to have something different for a change.

Been curious lately about 2nd-Life. For me WoW is totally out of the question. Burned out bad on it. Tried to get back into it for BC, but just meh.

World of Warcraft for sure, at least after the number of players(9 milions and without private servers ).
But WoW requires time, I don't know if is good for someone so young.

Well, requires time, but is great in all aspects.
I choosed Player versus player and soon I will have 2 years since I play on official.
I admit that at the beginning played over 12 hours daily(2 years ago when I had to earn my military rank and get my epics; I miss old pvp system), but now not more that 1-5 hours per week.
I still will try the expension and see if will be new improvements and then I'll decide if will quit or not.
