I know a lot of guys won't use this technique, but trust me I have horrible insomnia often and it works like a charm.  Requires having a bathtub tho, so may not be possible for some.

Fill the tub up with Lilac scented bubblebath water.  Get some lavender scented candles and light them.  At a safe distance (ie no danger of it falling in said tub) use a tape player or mp3 player to play either soothing sounds (rainfall, waterfall, ect) or gentle music (ie no heavy metal ).  Lay in the tub, but make sure the water is low enough so that if you fall asleep you won't drown.  Layback, put a wet cloth over your eyes, and enjoy.

Well the other day for some reason, I went to sleep at 5 in the morning and woke up at 11 in the morning, which was quite weird, but because of that I think I may have gotten my sleeping back to normal.

I went to sleep at around 12:05 or 12:10 today, and woke up at 6:45 am. If I keep this up, hopefully I can get to bed earlier and wake up at around 7 or 8 am.

The folic acid in the spinach combines with the glutamic acid in the tomatoes.  You can use MSG instead of the tomatoes and it should work the same (monosodium glutamate).

I thought it might have something to do with the B complex. And MSG is an absolute no no. I can react very severly to it.

Hmmm, I might try B complex, but that's something to be careful with, you can OD on it fairly easily (I know from experience).

It always takes me 30-90 mins to get sleep unless I'm drunken and very tired...
I have something in my mind then I just don't fall asleep... It's only problem when I got early wake-up but otherwise it's somewhat pleasant to just lay on the bed and think just about everything.

From what I know, B & C groups of vitamins are easily disposable by your body, so it is VERY difficult to overdose. A and D on the other hand are not like this, so if you take too much of those, it'll have adverse effects on your body.

Definitely try the entire B group as it strengthens and relaxes your nervous system.
