Love sick
Just talk about whatever has to do with the topic, not nessesarily my case, which is:
What do I say. I met a girl and 4 days later I realized shes more beautiful than anything or person I've ever seen. This has nothing to do with sex but my goodness she's also incredible in that respect. Since I was 18 (and I'm 26 now) I've had no real relasionship, only one night stands because I was always moving in the navy from port to port.
Well, I have never "asked a girl out" until I met this one and she said yes. A couple of days has gone by and she's yet to find time, which is understandable since she works, goes to school full time and has a child... But I know she doesnt feel like I do because she would have called me by now. Atleast she speaks to me when we run into eachother.
I believe in love at first sight now... in a way.
First time I saw her I just felt she was pretty, but on the 20th of janurary this year when we talked for like 2 seconds I began to have an image in my mind grow, until like I said, I realized nothing is quite as beautiful as her to me in this world.
Here I am all sad and pathetic coming into lot's of mony thinking I could help her get out of the bar (she is a bar tender) and I'm probably just stupid. To quick to love.
I'll stop rambling. But no, we dont meet in the bar, neither of us drinks, she is a bartender and wants out lol.

If you have found your match them good luck. It's not easy when you don't see someone often, maybe she was feeling overwhelmed lately? Anyway get her out and you'll see where this is going.

A good sign then  I don't know, sometimes it just does not work even if everything seems perfect. As long as you keep your optimism you'll find the one you are looking for, hope you already have.

Someone did not get his dose  Btw I remember sometime ago we had a gathering with some friends and decided to play trivial pursuit. Naturally we had had a few drinks and someone made a reply sex in the questions which caused us saying that every second question or so Heh funny times.

Well good luck to you but the proverb "Love makes blind" is not entirely made up you know? I'm not saying she is cheating on your or stuff like that! it's just that you say that you are not sure if she feels the same way about you as you do about her (which is kind of normal for guys to think when they are insanely in love with someone) but just don't make any rash decisions. Please?
Heehe... I always thougth of you as a rather rational fellow (eventhough I tend to find your reasoning kind of "diffrent" from time to time) so you should be able to handle this .
Just observe a bit and maybe try to get down from your cloud. If things still are looking good then feel free to go back to your cloud again. This may all sound a bit preachy and stuff but seriously I've got a lot of experience (... I don't know how to say this without it coming out wrong but I hope you[and everybody else who reads this] understand[s]) and belive me it's not the first time you'll find someone who is THE one... but prehaps she is how can I know?
Would you mind posting the development of this in a month two or so? I'm just curious wether you are just "blinded" or this indeed is true love.

You know I am a huge fan of being realistic but with that attitude you'll have difficulties convincing anyone! Come on... Doesn't really boost the selfconfidence when you start something but already "know" you're going to fail... Dude you know better than that.

@Celfious: I know the feeling 100%.
I haven't had any sort of relationship with a lady (not even one-night stands) and, at least in my case, it's tough to see everyone happy with a date and being all alone.
But, I'm ranting a bit, back to your case.
Seeing as how I'm poorly qualified to give true love advice, I'll just wish you good luck. (she could be the one, you never know )
P.S: Ask Elvin about the ruckus I caused at the Round Table related to this subject.

Am I also allowed to ask for help?
Does it count as a one night stand if you dance with a girl at summer camp, agree to go out every summer, but never go to the summer camp because of scheduling problems? That's about all I've done in the dating feild. The girl I have a crush on actually came up and talked to me today though, so I feel like I have a lot more of a chance. She actually missed me (we used to have 5th period Chem class, but when the semester started she was moved. Heartless computers that make schedules) and I miss her a lot too.
Am I hopeless?

Go for it!!! There's only two things that can happen:
1. She says yes.
2. She says no.
If she says no, you keep her as a good friend and move on.
If she says yes...
