I'm not casting True Seeing, unless I absolutely must. I'm going to be trying to rely on the spells that I chose for Blake to have memorized before using that spell. If you want to cast it, go for it. I have something I may do, if what I do next is a failure. Though, I may make one attempt more, before that.

Oh this is bad. 
Hmm... WE can't do anything coz we don't know the real target. Is that correct? That's how I see it. So I suggest we should be sure first which one or where the target is lurking. I don't want any more death of my students.

I wonder if the demon is flying/floating/levitating... If not.
Edit1: Maybe I won't do what I was thinking. Could hinder the other students.
Edit2: Is there an area of the palace above us? Also, would we know if there were? I'd think it a good possibility Blake would know, since he likes practicing his riding with the Phantom Steed.

Might I suggest an Anti-magic shell? That would at least reduce the demon to physical attacks and buy you some time.

Just like the name suggests Anti-Magic shell creates a sphere where magic does not function at all for a period of time. No spells of any kind will be able to be cast from inside or from outside in. Depending on the DM/GM some spells might affect the sphere itself (Dispell magic, etc) however. IF cast from the outside of the area it covers. It is like a Super Globe of Invulnerability. (Globe of invulnerability stops certain levels of spells from being cast). However, that will mean you two also will be unable to cast spells.

Really, really quick. My laptop has a short in it and the screen isn't working properly anymore, so I can't access the internet from my apartment. It's an incredibly isolating feeling.
Anyways, I'll try to post here and there at work and the library. I just wanted to let everyone know of my current predicament.
As to your question Alkar, there are a couple of floors above you in the tower.

You could try that, if you want. I, however, am not aiming for the demon, itself.
You could, also, still try out the True Seeing, if you wanted to see if that would actually reveal anything.

Excellant! Glad to have you back Stefan!
If I can, I'm going to try to get my laptop hooked up to a monitor this weekend and update everything. I have a very easy way of incorporating both Stefan and Sun back into the game.
