The Mythic Age
Year: Unknown. Actual Year: 2001.
Event: The Myth of Creation
Description: The Void, the Cosmic Server, the birth of the twin Moderators of Order (AKA Pandora) and Chaos (AKA MightyMage).
What actually happened: Valeriy starts a new forum for Heroes 2.
The Ancient Age
Year: Unknown. Actual Year: 2002.
Event: The beginning of the War
Description: The Forces of evil (AKA Spammers) launch a magical attack upon the forces of good. The strike seems just unstoppable, and the moderators remain hopeless.
What actually happened: Dear_Morons registers to HC.
Year: Unknown. Actual Year: 2002.
Event: The battle reaches to an end... But not the war!
Description: A powerful attack of Valeriy finally manages to defeat the legendary attack of the forces of evil. The spammers have to complete with their failure for a while, and the community has a short peaceful period of quality.
What actually happened: Dear_Morons is banned.
The Modern Ages
Year: 2005
Event: The Deadly Calm
Description: The sound of the wind can be heard again, and the animals can run free in the nature... Not a human being is here to bother them from living a peaceful life... For a while.
What actually happens: Nothing. Nobody logs in.
Year: 2006
Event: The conquer of the Orcs
Description: The Knight of the Orcs (AKA KnightDougal) establishes the first settlement on HC. Some of the members manage to escape, but the most remain captives of the awful kingdom, which takes over the Altat, then the Coliseum, and slowly the rest of HC.
What actually happened: KD posts the Settlement.
Year: 2007
Event: The Mysterious departure
Description: Forces of the unknown come to rescue HC from the conquer. They launch a mental attack to the conquerer, and he goes away without a fight.
What actually happened: KD is insulted and leaves HC.
Year: 2007
Event: Night of Destruction
Description: A huge metal monster, maybe a sort of a robot, comes to HC, and wrecks havoc. It destroys everything on its way, and within a night, HC is in a complete disorder.
What actually happened: ADAM the RoboMod joins HC.
Year: 2008
Event: The Robots' Invasion
Description: Many little robotic creatures started the greatest invasion to HC in its entire history. They started eating the soul of the land from the inside, splitting spam, vulgarism and viagra.
What actually happened: Spam bots flood HC.

Actually there were some mistakes on there.
I'll name one.
WHen HC came out Heroes 3 was Booming.
It was so big that when this Message board was created, everyone from TOH joined in.
Some people who loved heroes 3 joined in & it was like a Heroes 3 family.
Love & hate relationship, everyone had thier own personality & others had thier own group on here.
So it was not based on Heroes 2 like he said but heroes 3 where it was hugh.
Too bad the MAH forum was deleted yrs ago.
Yall would love read that

Actually there were many players in toh who were top players who never visited HC.
You found them in the MSN Zone when Heroes 3 was on there.
That was where the action really was.
COmpared to the zone HC was kiddy to us.
It was a hugh Heroes family but once in awhile you would see non toh players play for fun like Melina Romana etc.
Otherwise it was a treat to see people from the zone & HC all the time.
Respected by your game from toh but you actually knew each other.
It was totally different then the feeling I feel in here in the last few yrs.

And what would that be? Just curious. But well HC has changed a lot if it was what you are talking about. Now it's less a gamer community forum than a forum where you discuss about everything and the only thing everybody here has in common is that he sometime in his life played some Heroes francise.

so true... the altar, the workshop, the library... thay are all not so lively anymore. even when i joined(around november 2007), they were flooded with useful posts and threads. but now, its just peace and quiet...
I would like to add something to the history from the Workshop. around the end of November to the middle of december, a lot of great mods came out and the workshop was full of life and a gizillion different mods were in delepment. but when it came to the new year, everything just died. now, there are only about 5 projects at work, and everything else is dead... no life... just an old smith and a couple apprentices.
P.S. i know, i am so dramatic!
