Quick question about arcane omniscience (TOTE)
in order to get arcane omniscience, i should the following skill. correct me if i'am wrong.
WAR MACHINES => CATAPULT, REMOTE CONTROL, tremor's
enlightenment => INtelligent, Wizard REward, Mentoring
Soccercy => ARcane tranning, counter spell, ARcane excellence
Artificer ==> Maigc mirror, mark of the wizard
i tried playing the custam game on normal level.
it's time's i raise the skill. i was not the abilities or the skill required for this build. is there some sort of order?
help plsss

each time i lvl up and raise the skill. i could not get the abilities or the skill required for this build. it will leave me with other skill that i don't want.is there some sort of order for me to get arcane omniscience?
iam not sure about the skill order when i play. i just raised the skill that 4 skill. and i don't get catapult, since it requeired for remote control.
is the 4 skill generated when you level up is random? or is there someway we could arranged it?
help pls.
