I think his shooting and casting anims should be green instead of blue.

Ian't help by modding but I still want to help. So in demons why not just use the horne demon for grawls portrait?

Am I missing something? I thought Kythra was already completed?
Also, why is Dirael a Matriarch? (don't get me wrong, who ever re-textured the matriarch did a wonderful job). Doesn't it make more sense to re-texture a Dryad?

There is no download link, because it's work in progress.
EDIT: Abisha, could you please resize the photos or change them into links, the photos make this page hard to read.

@pause - Dirael is already a Dryad. I will upload the link later becuase its worked into the old package, which doesn't have individual heroes.

This projects been on hold for quite some time, so I guess its time to finish it. Now, let's get the checklist done. I think having three threads on the same topic is very unwise, so 2ndHero shall still have to do the MP update. It will take some doing to compile all the hero's after such a long remission, and the old files on my computer were wiped, so I may need a lot of assistance.
The Links to Orson and Orlando have been deleted by the source due to age

Have any of these models actually been released, or are they all work in progress? I have another mod of the models, but I prefer some of the ones here. Also does anyone know of any other hero model mods available? I'd like to mix and match my favs, thanks

It seems to me that this project is dead.  But I just think so because there were not updates for lot of time, I hope, creators still work on it.

I'm still checking on this thread once in a while, but I won't return to the project if I don't see some updates on making the textures work on the heroes. I don't even play HommV anymore, but maybe this project could make me want to play it again. I can still update the master post if you make any progress.
