Hello and sorry for bringing this thread up as well, but I posted this one the original thread started by sfidanza and I found this thread talking about the same thing so I thought I should come here and post as well. I've been working on the hero models for a little while and I think they're pretty good. So far I've finished all of the Sylvan, Necropolis, and Academy heroes and Im currently working on Inferno. Hopefully those who find this thread will like the models new life can be breathed into this amazing game!

You should be doing this with the original meshes and just change colors and textures. Like the face, hair color and so on. Maybe just add a "hat" or an earring and so on. I mean use the original models instead of editing the units and making them as heroes. In any way, I will download and use the Heroes that have the original mesh/model, I like them. Good work.
