Yeah if you post feedback you only post about people on that list. Everyone who's on that.
Ah and since I'm already getting HCM's this has not started yet^^. But thanks for the quick response . But people are still joining this so just wait for 2-3 days till the list is finished and then you can start.

If I may advise you to read the Masterpost. It answer so many questions and helps me to not say things 489 times. It's perfectly understandable if one can't comment on everybody. I'd ask you though to do as many as possible and please remember to be respectful.

No Geny I don't want anybody to talk about members behind their back what I do want is to give people a feedback on how they are perceived by other members on this board. Naturally not everybody might get only good comments but will also receive criticism. Which I think is perfectly ok as long as it is stated in a constructive/not offensive way. Personally I would be happy to receive criticsm because it's something I can work with unlike compliments which I of course I'm always happy to hear but they don't help me to improve my behaviour. So it will be up to you whether you want to critize anyone. I will try to make my intentions and the meaning of this "Sociogram" clearer in the masterpost but so far I hope you got the picture.
This thing will start soon maybe on the weekend... I've been quite busy with exams these days.

Well, maybe you are right with that. In RL we really have almost perfectly same characters. Only maybe he is a bit more calm and forehanded and I maybe am a bit more sensetive than he. So maybe it's sensless to take part.
