Hillary looked over those nations leaders who had decided to show up. Not very many. Most looked frightened, some looked angry, and others looked confused. All of which was understandable.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I am glad you decided to come. Now, I have some news." She paused and swept the room with her eyes. "War is apon us. This is not a war that you can ignore, or a war that can be swept under the rug. This war might very well encompass the whole globe. Everybody here has a difficult choice to make."
"The choice is to sit and do nothing, and watch as the war slowly spreads to your shores. Or to choose a side, and hope you choose the right side. Either way, one day there is a good chance the war will be on your own soil."
"We are asking for your help, but we will not force the issue. The forces arrayed against us will tax our military to its utmost, and perhaps beyond. As of this morning, Martial Law has been declaired in the United States. Our forces are being assembled, and we have readied our atomic arsenal. America has gone to war."
She waits for the chaos, and the response. She knows that this will not make her popular, but it had to be done.

"Perfect, the Americans are responding just as we anticipated. Soon their actions will cause the international community to turn against them. Our intelligence indicates now might be a good time to start consolidating all the oil in this area. Call all our allies, and start turning off the oil. America will buckle to us and conceed to our demands in a month."
"That will hurt us as much as it does them." cautioned one of the aides.
"No, China and Russia will purchase it, and we will be fine. America will not last long without oil, and they will turn on their own government. They are weak."
"Because of our intel, they hit empty buildings last night. We know every move they are making, even before they do. Contact Russia, let us decide our next move."

Jens Stoltenberg had been rudely awakend by his phone ringing, he had to rush to work and talk his seat as Prime Minister of Norway. After a short summary of what had happened Jens damned the fact that humans were powerhungry idiots. Just then a lady came in and said "Prime Minister, we got word that Hillary have called for a meeting with the world leaders. Thou they don't look at us as important we are invited." Jens Stoltenberg just looked at the lady and said "In their eyes we might not be important, but fact is we sit on one of the worlds larges secret nuke armoury and oil refinery and the second greatest armada of the Atlanter ocean makes us damn important. No matter we will show up and try to convince the others to make peace or we must go into war. A war that will destory the world, a war no land in the world can sit and watch on." Jens Stoltenberg took a breath while the other leaders of Norway looked at him, then he strected out for a machine clicked on it and said "Give me contact with the Prime Minister of Sweeden, Denmark, Iceland & Finland."

Jerusalem, Israel, 17th of July.
Ariel Sharon was no quite sure whether what he is about to order is morally okay or not, but he decided that he needs it. Israel needs it. The war is tough. Now the Israeli forces are holding a half of Syria, but Iranian forces of Hizballa from Lebanon have been attacking them for weeks. The Syrian civillians cooperate with the Hizballa, and we are in a critical condition.
He entered a big room. Many people were waiting inside, who looks either scared, confused or simply don't know why they are there. They all were photographers and directors of famous newspapers and websites.
They heavy doors were closed by a guarder, who said "Remember that this is a top secret meeting. Any word about the subject discussed here will cause harsh punishments, according to the court's decision."
"Hello" said Ariel Sharon "I gathered you all here to ask of you something. I want all of you to start taking pictures about Haife, the destroyed city, I want you to direct movies about it, I want you to do everything to raise the world awareness for this thing. Almost three weeks have passed, and the world's interest in the nuking case is unsensible. I want that the news websites, the newspapers in the next few days will be flooded with pictures of films of what was left of Haifa. Do that, and the things will also get to the international community."
Doing that didn't feel right at all, but sometimes, in order to get help, you need to be the poor one. We have to shock the world, to bring them to fight.

Hillary is about to start a dangerous campain. While waiting to see what the other nations decide, she has ordered America's forces in Alaska to start pushing toward Russia. It will include a lot of her fleet of ships (and boats), but Alaska is a perfect place to launch from. With a good deal of Russian troops tied up in Iran this would be the perfect time.
She contacts Sharon. "If you need anything from the US let me know. We will help you in whatever way we can. Nothing this attrocious should go unanswered."

Iraq. With the Americans sent limping away there is a huge celebration. They contact Iran and start more openly aiding them. Troops, weapons, anything. They send out several messangers with a warning to neighboring areas. They have Russia and China as allies or potential allies, anybody siding with the Americans will be dealt with swiftly. They also prepair the remaining nuclear warheads in case they are needed.

Russia.
"Out!" shouted Putin, and pointed at the door. Everyone in the room suddenly became quite. "Get the hell out of here!" he shouted, even louder than before, and they left.
The people that have just left are reporters, commanders, and ministers. They all came to tell Putin about what's going on in Alaska. But Putin just couldn't sit and listen to them saying how many important spots the American army have recaptured, are strong is their attack, and that if we walk to keep Alaska, we will have to increase the amounts of troops.
He went outside of the room, outside of the building, and went to a walk on the garden. It was pretty in the summers, many colourful flowers. He sat on a pretty bench and started thinking. After a few minutes, he jumped immediately, a bit excited of how good his plan is. He ran up the stairs, and told his secretary: "Leave one battalion in Iran, and bring the rest to Alaska." The confused secretary wrote it down.
He now can defend Alaska, and ensure that it will be a Russian territory, while he didn't branch his agreement with Iran. The Iranian army is in war, they won't notice that the Russian troops are gone, and on the paper, there are still Russian units on the lands of Iran. Nobody should notice.

"Madame President, we have encountered a bit of trouble in Alaska. We are at a stalemate, and the cold is hindering our troops a lot more then the Russian troops."
"Dang it all. I've had it with this! Call up the reserve. Leave enough for us to respond to any attacks on our soil, and those we have already with our allies. Send everybody else to the California Coastline. We are going to hit them with everything we can muster."
"I would suggest against that. Would leave us too weak, and the draft is taking longer then we anticipated."
Hillary glared, but she knew he was right. "Ok fine, then I want you to go out and find every snowmobile, dogsled, or whatever else we have that is not effected by cold weather. Buy from civilian sources if needed. Get it to the troops, now. We have to press them. And get more people up there as soon as possible!"
"What about Sharon?"
"We are sending him the Seals, Rangers, and other special ops. With orders to do what he commands them too. Damn it. We control the strongest army in the world! At least for now. We have to hit and hit hard before they start catching up."

Iraq
Unaware that their Russian Allies have pulled their troops back, Iraq decides to press their advantage. Sending all troops not tied up with the Americans they strike at Saudi Arabia. One of the few places that will be hesitant to turn off the oil of the American Army.
