I think that 3do is making the characters look less noble, and more comical.. *sigh* However in some cases they have more expression and emotion than in Heroes 3... not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing.

Lots of things that 3do does this days regarding to the monsters are bad things.The Behemots make no exceptions.Just another creature spoiled.

Behomoths and Orcs are meant to look ugly and stupid. 3DO and NWC are just bringing back some of the "cartooniness" if that's what you must call it from Heroes I and II, while keeping the more "3Dness."
