There isn't an age requirement but if I had had sex when I was "bodily mature" you would have all rolled eyes at a ten year old boy. So I'm thinking some age is in order but I think some 13 year olds are already ready for it.
But then again people mature completely differently. There really can't be a strict age.

A funny thought passed through my mind: perhaps the people who answered "yes" to the question about the teenagers' sex have actually had sex when they were teenagers, and the people who answered "no" haven't? I mean, I doubt that people who have had sex as teenagers think it's a wrong thing to do. Or perhaps they regret that?

But back to your question:
First possible answer (generally spoken) was answered by Elvin already.
Second answer, refering to my own individual point of view:
Of course all people are not equal. People I have a relationship to are always "more worthy" than others. I would rather help my wife/daughter when coming to an accident, than other victims who are much more injured and would need more help. Wouldn't you act the same?
Third answer:
Refering to laws and justice, people of course should be equal, but I guess we all know how reality looks like..

I also agree with Elvin and Lexxan. A person who was born in Africa can do nothing to be equal to one born in America. I just wanted to check if that's what it is about.

Apart from that though.. Assuming all people had equal opportunities I still believe that some would be overall better than others, being way too good in one specific field or being good at more fields than the 'average'.

Is teenagers' sex okay? Since there is no sane way of stopping it, I think we have to get used to it. When it stops being so taboo, think it will slow down a bit.
Is environment the first thing we should take care of? Environment is important..but more important then children....?
Should drugs be legalized? Some, yes. Then taxed.
Is religion a stupidity? No, though some don't want to face it, a lot of religious groups do a LOT of good things. Things that might not get done if people were not part of said groups.
Is Homosexuality okay? Um..how weird would it be if I said no..Of course I think it is ok.
Is Capitalism the best way? No. There is no BEST way. One way there is no incentive to create, the other people are abused and taken advantage of.
Is Democracy the best way? Again, we havn't come up with a best way yet.
