I never got the collector's edition, so I never tested on.

Hi,
I would like to explain that to you but it's too complex for I write the technic in one post.
I know it exists a wiki part about that on HC but I don't know the link for, you should search for that.
often, when a guy like you asks this kind of question, Moderators come to paste the link I'm talking.
you could too look for a thread having a title alike your question to find the link.

It is very easy explained, I think you can handle it.
Still, I despair of linking a reskinned dds-file with a texture you can actually find in the game, if you find a solution, plz tell me

Is the NCF Mod is compatible withe Heroes 5 1.3j " eternal essence project" who enchanced the AI?
Because i play withe this Mod ans it's an exe like NCF, so how can i run NCF Mod with my version 1.3j?

Presently not all mods work with enhanced AI 3.1j.
These include NCF & RPE.
The ultimate aim in the future would be to have more assistance from the community especially good experienced modders to help develop a better modding interface which works better than it does now.

When you try to download NCF 3.1 from the first post link it gives you a "File Not Found".

Can somebody tell me, how can I edit H5_Game.exe in binDM folder to have possibility using ncf monsters? I can run on dat every map, but i need to use ncf. I want to compare ncf and dark messaiah, can anyone help me?
