English Sound.pak
Im from Lithuania, and because more people speak Russian than English here, only the Russian version of the game is available...
so i found the english text pak and put it in data folder, now i need an english sound pak... anyone can give me a link to it, or e-mail a link to it

Noone can help me? oh come on, its not hard at all to just copy sound.pak from the data folder, and upload it somewhere or send it by e-mail...

I replaced this sound.pak with the old sound.pak, and when i start a mission, and they're supposed to speak, they just "speak" (they dont speak at all) for 0.5 of a second..
so, in other words... its _______ up...
i'll have to reinstall?

It happend to me, but when I replaced the textes, I fixed the problem, by reinstaling the game, but without removing the new file (in your case the sounds). I can't guarantee, that will work for you too... Also if this pak is not for H5, maybe the TotE one doesn't contain the sounds you need (dialogues in H5 - original).

So, what youre saying is, that i should put in the new sound.pak without removing the old one? It will work if i rename one of them... but it probably wont work because it has another name, oh and... was that link to TotE? im using the classic HOMM5

Yes, it were for TotE, mine h5 too were russian.  I suggest you to buy tote, since he has all the features of simple h5, accept campaigns, (who you still can install by a mod) and many new things, like alternative upgrades, caravans, two new castles,...
