Adobe reader...
Word...
Sound...
But just so we are clear if HC drops we go to CH until further notice right?

I don't think HC will drop, at least I hope it won't. I'm sure Val will fix it in no time.

Checked what noscript blocks currently and there is a very weird ?about:malware<something> thing blocked.
Wtf?

With the current state of events, could someone please clarify if the following statements I had made are correct:-
(1) HC (and HCM) are safe for now (at least no funny pop-ups or redirecting)
(2) Heroesofmightandmagic.com is safe for navigating (just browsing through webpages) but not safe for viewing/opening/downloading the PDF files

SO far no one with no script have had complaints, so those two statements are true with no script.

I updated Safari and it is now irritating ...

Pc Tools suck? Ah well, at least the Spydoctor rocks, it has a whole lot of awards from different magazines... so you can't say it all suck.
Anyway, I ran a scan yesterday and nothing popped up, seems I'm free, and I like Pc Tools!
Oh, and I read this on a review site, but it seems the experts love it but many users hate it...

My AV software just stopped a worm when I visited HC. wtf?

I don't have Noscript at all, but I am fine. The hint from Val did the trick for now (explorer --> extras --> folder options --> File types --> disable AdobeAcrobat Reader for *pdf files). I haven't had any problem on HC since then.

According to McAfee log:

I got the message about 20 seconds after I loaded HC's main page. Maybe it was just a coincidence.
I was on another site earlier today (allrecipes.com) and I got a warning about a Trojan being downloaded. Seems like viruses are running rampant these days.
