Nope. Sorry. Unless you are in my state or in the jurisdiction of a federal court within my state or a whole bunch of other stuff I'm way too tired at 4:21 a.m. to get into, I can't help you out. Better off getting a local attorney or barrister, or whatever they are called in Australia.
