On Warsaw Tech, lecturers stick to the same material for 20+ years. If one teaches electronics, he does it for his whole "career". Doesn't mean he can't teach anything else, of course, but in general, lecturers specialize in a part of their specialization.. So, if you take rail logistics as specialization, as a lecturer you will choose 2-3 things connected to it and stick with them.

Just for your information. Won't make any difference to me, cause..

I will most likely NOT become one. The matter is difficult to explain and I don't really want to, but something happened, and it forced me to take my future plans and throw them directly into the garbage bin.

I'm trying to finish Master degree asap atm. The sooner, the better.

They should pay for the work well done, not for hours spent to do it. That would solve everything It wouldn't matter if you sit there 3 or 8 hours, and people wouldn't slack because they would have a motivation (to finish ASAP and have lots of free time )

Sure that would be great but what about other people.Example me and my friends sit at one table in chemistry,we get done in half time everyone else does, but then we have to die from bore(cant talk or do anything). But if you actually do it in 3 hours other people will not and they will be angry and mad that you are done and you get payed more then they do...The only right move is to take another step to been a boss, get a better job or the one you like.

What I used to do when I was still at school and finished the work before anyone else was to just get some other work (asking the teachers permission, of course) and just finishing that. I usually did that when I had Maths work to do. That was before i dropped that subject, though. Thank God is all I can say. But this doesn't have much to do with this thread so I'll stop going Off topic.

Lazy bummers you are.
I currently work 16 hours a day 6 days a week! (And 10 at sundays.)
Beat that!

So you work 10 hours on sundays or what?
Then its 26 hours. 5,2 hours per day.
8:00-13:00 nice.
